Moderation Process

Stars-only reviews: If you submit only star ratings without written text, your review is published immediately. These ratings contribute to aggregate scores and help users compare providers at a glance.

Text reviews: Reviews with written comments are reviewed by our moderation team before publication. This ensures all content meets our guidelines and protects the community from harmful or abusive posts. Most reviews are approved within 24-48 hours.

Rejection reasons: Reviews that violate these guidelines will not be published. You will not receive individual notification of rejection. If your review is rejected, you may submit a new review that complies with our policy.

Prohibited Content

1. Hate Speech and Discrimination

Do not post content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic. This includes slurs, derogatory language, stereotypes, and coded or indirect attacks.

3. Illegal Activity

This includes but is not limited to: fraud, hacking, distribution of malware, piracy, drug trafficking, terrorism, child exploitation, or any activity prohibited under U.S. federal law or the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. False or Misleading Information

Do not post reviews that are false, fabricated, or intentionally misleading. Your review must be based on your genuine, personal experience with the VPS provider. Do not exaggerate, invent incidents, or make claims you cannot substantiate. If you describe a specific technical issue or service failure, stick to the facts.

5. Defamation and Libel

Do not make false statements of fact that harm the reputation of a person or company. What Makes a Great Review
